Will brrreeeport Change how web 3.0 works?

Robert Scoble is doing some crazy thing with the term brrreeeport. I am not sure why but probably just for the fun of creating a stupid word that gets virus like spread throughout the blogosphere. Is this the future of the internet? Is it really about the internet or how people crave to be part of the greater mass of society. One of the first attempts that I came into with the crowds of internet connectivity concept was www.6degrees.com which I believe just imploded on itself years ago. It would have you list your friends emails and then try to mach friends to friends to friends until the 6 degrees of Kevin Bacon came true.

BTW the WEB 3.0 bit was just for a catchy headline.
