RSS feeds from PHPnuke sites

As I have mentioned previously I am working on an XP Tech support Site. The site is built using PHPnuke and I had a hard time getting the stories to go out as an RSS feed that fellow bloggers can view in Feedreader or my new favorite Sharpreader. The address for the rss feed from a phpnuke site is http://sitename/backend.php the feed is an xml 1.0 feed and seems to work well. So my sites feed address? It's http://www.xptechsupport.com/backend.php

My parents cat is cute

Years back when we lived in Richmond our neighbors moved to Calgary and left their cat. I started feeding this cat and it would never leave. When my parents moved to Calgary they brought it with them and now it lives here never to find it's original owners. His name is Orange cat.

My new webhost

These are the guys I have switched to a couple months back and they rock. I have had really good uptime and they even have a bunch of free features that have been great to use like newsletters and a MySQL database.

Cutting paper again

I spent some time cutting paper for Michelles workshop tommorow. This afternoon I cleaned the bike trailor and took Taylor to the park while Jaiden slept.

This morning was pretty standard for a Saturday. Michelle went to Weight Watchers (7.2 pound loss this week YAY) and after feeding cereal to Taylor Jaiden and myself I started the jukebox of movies. Jaiden likes to watch Nemo, Shrek and Shrek 2 but only 20 minutes or so of them and mostly on the computer DVD downstairs.

Michelle sickness

Michelle has the worst cold ever this week. Yesterday I raced home from work and gave her a break from the kids by wandering with them over to the park and then taking a really long way home.

Last night was another OK episode of Survivor and a decent episode of the Apprentice.

Summer is coming

Last night I never even got a chance to shower after my ride home. Michelle had dinner ready and then Jaiden and Taylor dragged me out to play in the park across the street. Being cooped up all summer seems to have had an affect on them and now that the sun is back and warm they always want to get out and never want to come in. Now I know why I seem to lose weight in the summer, not only do I get more exercise but the eating is also way down.

Here comes summer Hurray!!
