Taylors kindergarten report card

Taylor got her report card a few days ago and it was pretty good. Everything is rated on a 1 to 4 level with 1 being bad and 4 being good. Most of her results were three's a few were four's and she had one two. So of course instead of looking at the three's and four's as being good Michelle and I immediately tried to see what we could do to raise the one and two up. The two on the report card is for her ability to Rhyme words so I have suggested that we teach her some Eminem and 50 Cent but Michelle is against it.

I get to go to Taylor's parent teacher conference today and represent the family, I hope I do a good job.

Beer is still brewing

Last night I siphoned my home made beer from the first plastic container into the glass carboy. I apparently have to wait 14 days or until the beer is clear and then I can mix agina with sugar and bottle the beer and still then have to wait two weeks until it is ready to drink.

Making Beer at home

I am going to start to make my own beer. Thanks to my Mom and Dad I went and got a beer making kit from The Home Vintners yesterday and I will be starting to brew the beer today with Taylor.

Apparently it takes about 4-5 weeks to make my first batch of a Corona-Pacifico type beer so I will probably be in full beer drinking holiday swing around the middle of December.

Grant gets in contact

Well after taking some time over the last few weeks trying to figure out where my brother Grant Nadraszky was he called out of the blue.

He called my mom and said that he is now in Sudbury Ontario. What is in Sudbury? The Giant Nickel of course as well as so much more.

No word as to when he is coming back to Calgary.
