Michelles back from the Stampin Up convention
Well it has been a long week for me but an even longer one for Michelle. The Stampin Up convention in Salt Lake City was this last week and Michelle only got 4-5 hours sleep a night.
My week was OK with the kids. They were both sick for Tuesday and we went camping Wednesday - Thursday. Friday was a fishing day for Taylor and I on the Bow river down from my parents place (sadly we caught no fish) and roast beef dinner there as well. Saturday was a cleanup day before Michelle got back and today was a down day waiting for Michelle to arrive.
For Michelle she had a long day even on Tuesday. Worried about the rental van insurance Michelle drove almost the whole way from Calgary to Salt Lake City which was a long 15 hours. Over the last couple days she drove almost the same amount as they broke the drive over two days to get back. Michelle did 100 card swaps on Thursday and had general sessions, business classes, card making classes and an awards night over the three days and nights of the convention. She had a great time but tonight now that she is back home is feeling really tired.
Tommorow I am back at work and Michelle is getting ready again for a couple of Stampin Up workshops over the next week and a craft fair in Strathmore on Sunday.
